Sylvain Puswella has extensive experience in fraud management, compliance, and customer support, currently serving as Head of Fraud at Leetchi.com since January 2017, having previously held roles such as Lead Fraud & Compliance and UK Customer Support Manager. Prior to this, Sylvain coordinated challenges at Large Minority Travel and managed SEO projects and communications at NOMADE AVENTURE. Sylvain's career includes co-founding Trek Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, specializing in walking tours, and working in web development, IT security, and network maintenance at various organizations, including Sotheby's. Sylvain holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications, with ongoing education in combating the financing of terrorism from the International Compliance Association.
