Leetx is a global high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of intelligent assembly products for high-end manufacturing. We deliver integrated solutions through three core technologies: Automatic Screw Feeding Systems, Transducerized Tightening Systems, and Servo Press Systems.

Our Core Technologies & Strengths:

Automatic Screw Feeding Systems: Engineered for high reliability and smooth operation, our feeding systems handle various screw types with minimal jam risk. They support high-speed assembly with outputs of up to 60 screws per minute and are compatible with vision-guided robots for fully automated placement.

Transducerized Tightening Systems: Equipped with real-time torque and angle monitoring, these systems deliver exceptional accuracy within ±3%–5% (6σ). Integrated data recording and traceability functions help users achieve quality control and process optimization across critical assembly stages.

Servo Press Systems: Offering precise force and displacement control, Leetx servo presses cover a wide force range from 2 kN to 500 kN. Features such as pressure holding within 0.5% fluctuation and adaptive force control ensure stable and repeatable press-fitting quality for sensitive components.

Our systems are widely applied across a range of critical industries, including new energy vehicles (NEV), batteries, electric drives, 3C electronics, aerospace, medical equipment, and rail transportation. By combining high-speed feeding, real-time closed-loop tightening control, and adaptive servo pressing, we ensure exceptional precision, repeatability, and traceability across the entire assembly process.

Supported by a comprehensive business and Service Network throughout China and beyond, we provide end-to-end intelligent assembly solutions to help manufacturers build the smart factories of the future — enabling higher productivity, superior quality, and fully automated production.
