At Leeward Beverage Solutions, we believe great beverages deserve great execution. Our mission is to help brands navigate the complex world of beverage development and production — with clarity, strategy, and industry know-how.

Whether you're building a brand from scratch or optimizing a facility that's already up and running, we're here to support your journey from idea to shelf — and beyond.

Who We Are
Leeward was founded by Jenny Griffo (formerly of Griffo Distillery) and Rachaal Steele (Steele Craft Consulting), two seasoned operators with over 40 years of combined experience and hundreds of SKUs successfully brought to market. We've helped launch brands, rebuilt broken systems, moved businesses into the black, and brought clarity to chaos in facilities of every size.
