James Lefcakis

James Lefcakis is an experienced professional in the fields of information technology and emergency medicine. As the President of LEFCON since 2000, James leads an IT consulting firm that specializes in hotel and resort information technology. Previously, James spent over 30 years at Ross/West View EMSA, holding various paramedic and systems administration roles and acquiring multiple certifications, including Critical Care Paramedic and Paramedic Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh. James also served as the Senior Security Network Administrator at the University of Pittsburgh, overseeing the IT infrastructure for physical security, and as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the Borough of Seven Fields. James holds a Master's degree in Health Information Management/Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medicine with a Minor in Information Technology from the University of Pittsburgh.
