Ron Daman

Ron Daman is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and network operations. Currently serving as a NOC Technician Tier 1 at LEFCON since April 2022, Ron has previously held significant roles at ConnectWise, including Help Desk Technician Tier 2 and Service Desk Technician, where responsibilities included complex troubleshooting and mentoring Tier 1 technicians. Earlier experiences include positions at FedEx Services, ServiceLink, and FedEx Ground, where Ron focused on service support, field support, and account administration. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from La Roche University and a high school diploma from Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School.
