Founded in 1978, LEFF Construction Design Build has a long-established national reputation for its award-winning, whole-home remodeling and new home projects. From historic restorations that preserve existing materials, to new home designs that achieve zero net energy, LEFF continues to integrate sustainable principals with new technologies. The result: A Design Build process that produces beautiful, functional homes that perfectly reflect their owner’s lifestyle, with minimal environmental impact and maximum value.

DESIGN BUILD
is one of the most significant trends in whole-home remodeling, and LEFF is on the forefront of this rapidly growing practice. The LEFF Design Build process uses the “one-stop shop” approach: our in-house architects, designers, estimators, project managers and craftsmen work as a team from our LEFF Design Center location. Your project’s team is focused on one thing: creating a superior client experience for you.

DESIGNED TO BUDGET
and built within the budget’s framework, LEFF clients benefit from a whole-team system of communication, accountability and consistency that insures minimal surprises or cost
overages in the later building phase.

THE FIRST STEP
is a cooperative process of discovery that uncovers what is not working for you in your home. We’ll pinpoint the underlying issues, then align those needs with your desired vision for the project. Next, we create beautiful and functional design options that respond to the identified issues and maintain a continual balance between the design and your budget.

THE PROCESS
continues through to a superlative, stress-free client experience. To see the steps unfold in our Project Timeline brochure, please request it at: vision@leffconstruction.com. It’s a simple illustration of what you can expect as your project progresses through LEFF’s proven, award-winning Design•Build method.
