Vanessa Brown

Vanessa Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Operations at LeFrak since April 2015, Vanessa oversees HRIS management, compensation, payroll accounting, HR operations analysis, and insurance. Previously, as an HRIS Manager, Vanessa implemented large-scale projects for the company's HRIS corporate function. Prior roles include HR Business Partner/Generalist at ITOCHU International Inc. and Human Resources Representative at TE Connectivity DEUTSCH, where responsibilities encompassed various HR functions such as employee relations and benefits administration. Vanessa holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Research Psychology from California State University San Marcos.
