Andy Bernard

Andy Bernard serves as Partner and Chief Investment Officer at LEFT LANE Development since February 2021. Prior to this role, Andy held positions in acquisitions and development at Equinox Hotels from 2017 to February 2021 and served as Senior Vice President of Distressed Acquisitions and Hotel Development at WITKOFF from 2014 to 2017, where a distressed asset investment strategy was designed and implemented. Andy’s earlier experience includes a Vice President role at Morgan Stanley focusing on distressed debt and commercial real estate strategies from 2007 to 2014, along with an investment banking summer associate position at Goldman Sachs in 2006. Founding BIG CEMENT PLACE PRODUCTIONS from 2003 to 2005 involved creating films and publications, while co-managing KG PRODUCTIONS from 1999 to 2003 led to the production of television shows for major networks. Andy Bernard earned an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School and a BA in English with a minor in Political Science from Colgate University.
