Matthew MacDonald

Matthew MacDonald has extensive work experience in various industries. Matthew co-founded Modo Agency Ltd., a fashion sales agency, where they served as a consultant/account director. Matthew also co-founded Brand House Fashion Ltd. and worked as a consultant.

At Virgin Active, MacDonald held multiple roles, including Head of UK Sales, where they were responsible for sales operations, budgeting, reporting, and collaboration with other business heads. Matthew also led a team of regional sales managers and played a key role in CRM design and implementation. Additionally, MacDonald was involved in sales training strategy and marketing initiatives.

Prior to their time at Virgin Active, MacDonald worked as a Senior Regional Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager at the company. Matthew successfully created sales strategies for corporate and residential markets, managed sales teams, negotiated corporate memberships, and contributed to advertising campaigns.

MacDonald's earlier experience includes roles at Etype Internet Media as an Account Manager, Adlink Internet Media AG as an Account Executive, Citibank as an Operational Risk Project Manager, NatWest Commercial and Institutional as a Project Management Officer, and NatWest as a Graduate Trainee.

Matthew MacDonald attended Cardiff Metropolitan University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management.
