LEFTFIELD CAPITAL PARTNERS (https://leftfieldcapital.com.au/)

We formed as a specialist non-bank Commercial real estate (CRE) lender because we take pride in providing timely, tailored funding solutions and understand what it means to bring your property development vision to life.

At Leftfield Capital Partners, we focus on mortgage lending in the $2 million to $20 million space within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth, as well as major regional centres surrounding those capital cities.

Our brand reflects our ambition to transform the private debt landscape by enabling prosperity and empowering progress for the left of field visionaries.

As a leading Australian Commercial Real Estate (CRE) debt investment manager, Leftfield Capital Partners specialise in securing alternative real estate debt products for wholesale and sophisticated investors. The Leftfield Capital Master Trust (Fund) is a contributory mortgage fund designed for qualifying investors looking for the opportunity to select an approved loan investment.

Your investment funds are not pooled; we believe you should choose which loan you would like to invest in. You retain the choice and control over your investment preferences.

We provide investors and property developers with the power to create wealth, bring their vision to life, and generate superior stable returns.

Our Vision
Merging ethics, prosperity and creative solutions to give our clients the power to invest, whilst empowering property developers to deliver on their vision and bring it to life.

Our Mission
We encourage risk-adjusted visionary ideas rather than get stifled with red tape. We are nimble and place people and ethics at our core.

Alignment
We are aligned with our investors by investing alongside our clients. The decisions we make for our investors apply to the decisions we make for our shareholders as underwriters of each deal.

Our Values
Empowerment, Authenticity, Resilience, Kinship, Ingenuity, Individuality, Trust
