Andy Deschenes

Andy Deschenes is a seasoned project manager and site representative currently employed at LeftField Project Management since 2021. They previously held various senior roles, including Director of Project Services and Innovation at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. from 2013 to 2017, and as Owner's Project Manager/Clerk of the Works for the Town of Grafton, MA from 2017 to 2021. Andy has extensive experience in the industry, having also served as a senior project manager at Ganek Baer Architects and as VDC Director at Skanska USA Building Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology between 1980 and 1984.
