We believe the brilliance of today's work force is the key to unlocking unrealized business value.

Noted evolutionary biologist, Stephen Jay Gould once said, "I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein's brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in the fields and sweatshops.

We believe manufacturing and services in the U.S. fall behind international competition, not due to the cost of labor, but because of commoditization of the work force. The full value of the work force is rarely realized. Significant insight can be gleaned from the work force, which will reveal the hidden factory, expand margins and maximize value.

Find the BRILLIANCE in your WORK FORCE.

Our role in helping enterprise realize the value of insights from the work force is to earn a place at the table of enterprise leadership.

Our vision for the work force is:
	a.	Cultures and infrastructure to support full and unabated engagement of the work force
	b.	A work force trusted by management and stakeholders to generate value for the business through skill and expertise in
		i.	Leadership and Communication
		ii.	Analytical and Critical Thinking
	c.	A work force aligned and optimized to place the enterprise at a competitive advantage within the market it operates

Success is a reality where management recognizes the value of the work force can produce, and creates a culture where value is generated on a sustainable basis.

We believe our role in this movement will help management achieve business objectives by improving interactions and relationships between management and the work force.

Our contribution to this movement is:
	a.	Inspiring management professionals to focus on the work force and to be work force-centric for organizational effectiveness
	b.	Providing tools which inspire, enable and train both management and the work force to operate differently and with greater effect
