Stephen Lynch

Stephen Lynch is a seasoned quantity surveyor with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Managing Surveyor at Legacie since August 2022. Previous roles include Commercial Manager at Northern Asphalt Limited and Senior Quantity Surveyor at GRAHAM Group, where Stephen contributed to the Houndshill Shopping Extension project for Blackpool Council with a contract value of £12.6 million. Stephen has also held key positions at Subport Limited, Eric Wright Group, Triton Construction, Willmott Dixon, and Laing O'Rourke. With a solid educational background in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, including a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Lancashire and Liverpool John Moores University, Stephen has developed a comprehensive skill set in commercial construction consultancy.
