Legacy 6 (legacy6hr.com) is a fractional HR firm that solves mission-critical people problems for small and mid-sized businesses.

Effective Human Resources goes far beyond onboarding and terminations. When done well, HR is a strategic function that protects organizations, ensures regulatory compliance, strengthens leadership and supports sustainable growth.

Many growing businesses face a disadvantage when competing with larger organizations that maintain fully staffed HR departments. Without dedicated HR expertise, essential responsibilities, such as compliance, recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, and risk management, are often managed internally by untrained staff, increasing exposure to legal, financial, and operational risk.

Legacy 6 exists to close that gap.

We deliver the strategic depth and operational support of a full-scale HR department through a flexible, fractional model, without the overhead of full-time salaries and benefits. From executive-level guidance to day-to-day HR administration, our services scale to meet the unique needs of each client.

Our commitment is simple: We’ve got your back.

We partner with leadership teams to provide clear guidance, reliable execution, and confidence in their people and compliance decisions.
