Our Story:
Legacy Construction and Development was formed through the merger of ProQuality Contracting LLC and Wodehouse Construction LLC, combining decades of expertise in upscale residential homes, commercial renovations, franchise build-outs, public infrastructure, and custom construction. This foundation allows us to deliver a wide range of projects - from new home construction to kitchen remodels and tenant improvements to commercial builds for brands like Eagan, Five Guys, Wingstop, Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway, and more.

From concept to completion, our mission is simple: to build spaces that reflect your vision, support your growth, and leave a lasting legacy.
