Previously, John Eason held the positions of National Director of Field Operations and Regional Manager, where effective communication and financial management across subcontractor teams were key responsibilities. Between June 1993 and July 2014, John Eason operated Eason's Contract Flooring, a company specializing in commercial and residential flooring installations, partnering with notable clients such as Lowe's Home Improvement and Habitat for Humanity. Additionally, from January 2001 to August 2012, John Eason owned All About Flooring, a retail store in Goldsboro, North Carolina, leading a team in sales and installation.
