Rob Shaw

Rob Shaw is an experienced plumbing professional currently serving as the Plumbing Manager for New Home Construction at Legacy Heating & Cooling since August 2022. As President of All-Ways Mechanical Ltd since January 2019, Rob Shaw has focused on business growth in residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance contracts, fostering a strong team-oriented environment. Additionally, Rob Shaw has managed new construction projects at Always Plumbing & Heating since December 2009, overseeing daily activities and guiding the team from quoting through to project completion. Rob Shaw holds a certification as a Journey Plumber and Gas Fitter from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) and has briefly experienced unemployment in late 2023.
