John R is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business enablement, risk management, and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Manager Business Enablement & Risk at legalsuper since August 2023, John R has previously held key leadership positions such as Head of Business Improvement & Delivery at Guild Group, and Head of Service Delivery at Catholic Church Insurance from November 2021 to June 2023. With a foundational career starting at Coles Myer as a Project Analyst in the early 1990s, John R progressed through roles at Safeway, Coles Online, and ESSSuper, where responsibilities included managing technology and continuous improvement initiatives. John R holds a Bachelor of Engineering & Computing (Honors) degree from Monash University, obtained from 1989 to 1992.
