Deb Cloutier's work experience includes serving as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Legence since February 2021, and as a Senior Advisor at Blackstone since January 2021. Prior to that, they founded RE Tech Advisors in 2017, where they serve as President & Founder, focusing on promoting sustainability in commercial real estate. From 2005 to 2017, they were the Principal and Co-Founder of JDM Associates, LLC, where they played a key role in managing client relationships and growing the consulting practice. Deb also previously worked as the Principal and Founder of Real Estate Technology Group (RETG) from 1999 to 2005, and as a Project Manager at ICF International from 1993 to 1999. Deb began their career at The American Institute of Architects (AIA), serving on the Committee on the Environment (COTE) from 1992 to 1993.
Deb Cloutier, CRE studied Environmental Science at Washington College from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
