Sarah Rust

Sarah Rust possesses a diverse background in marketing, finance, and human resources, beginning with a marketing internship at Kraus-Anderson in 2003. Over the years, Sarah advanced to various roles at Kraus-Anderson Construction Company and DesignWise, Inc., including Marketing Assistant and Office Manager. In 2014, Sarah joined ICS Consulting, Inc., serving as Controller and later as Director of Strategic Initiatives. Most recently, Sarah held the position of HR Project Manager and Director of Strategy & Integration at Legence from October 2021 to July 2023. Sarah earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business from St. Cloud State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
