Joyce Chen

Joyce Chen began their work experience as a Buyer at Cisco Systems from 2006 to 2008, where they were responsible for EMEA OEM deal negotiation and conducting make vs. buy analysis. Joyce then moved on to become a New Product Program Manager at Cisco Systems from 2008 to 2018, overseeing various activities in supply chain operations such as material sourcing, procurement, quality assurance, and production support. From 2018 to 2020, Chen worked as a Senior Program Manager at Synamedia, followed by a role as a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing (combined role Supply Chain PMO) from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Chen is the Supply Chain Director Europe at Legend Biotech, where they lead the establishment of a supply chain organization and systems to support the launch of CAR-T therapies for EMEA.
