Randy Bugge

Randy Bugge is an experienced professional in IT validation and quality systems, currently serving as the Associate Director and Lead for IT Validation at Legend Biotech since June 2021. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Associate Director Corporate Quality for IT Systems at Sun Pharma from June 2017 to June 2021. Randy has also worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2009 to June 2017 in various roles including Computer Systems Compliance Manager and IT Business Relationship Manager for Lab Automation and Quality Systems. Additional experience includes positions at Pfizer, Warner Lambert, and McNeil Consumer/J&J, covering roles such as IT Business Analyst and Stability Chemist. Randy holds an MBA from Centenary University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.
