Wouter Dheedene

Wouter Dheedene is a PhD candidate who has been involved in the Doctoral School of Biomedical Sciences at KU Leuven from September 2016 to December 2023. Currently, Wouter serves as a Quality Person in Plant at Legend Biotech, bringing expertise in CAR-T production processes and GMP standards. Prior to this role, Wouter worked as a Scientific Collaborator at KU Leuven, conducting industry-sponsored research related to pre-clinical liver disease models. Wouter's academic background includes a Bachelor and Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from KU Leuven, both achieved with distinction, and a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences. Additionally, Wouter's early education includes a strong foundation in Latin and sciences with top honors.
