Robert Napton

Robert Napton is a seasoned professional in the publishing and entertainment industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Publisher at Legendary Comics since April 2012. In this role, Robert oversees all aspects of the imprint’s management, with full P&L responsibility and an annual publishing slate of 15 to 20 titles, including high-profile projects like Head Wounds and franchise tie-ins for Enola Holmes and Godzilla. Prior to this, Robert was the Managing Editor at Bandai Namco Entertainment America from January 2004 to January 2012, where a US-based manga publishing program was established under Robert's leadership. Earlier career experience includes serving as Supervising Editor and Anime Producer at Manga Entertainment/Books Nippan, overseeing the adaptation and production of notable anime series. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Santa Monica College, completed in 1988.
