Mike Ward

Mike Ward currently serves as Finance Director and Group Financial Controller at Legend since April 2022. Previously, Mike held the position of Group Financial Controller at Equiom Group from February 2021 to April 2022. Prior to this, Mike was Finance Director at Brevan Howard from November 2011 to January 2021 and served as Audit Manager at Deloitte UK from August 2006 to November 2011. Mike began the professional career as a General Assistant at MAKRO Cash & Carry Hellas Wholesale S.A. from 2001 to 2006. Mike is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), having completed studies with ICAEW from 2006 to 2009, and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from the University of Liverpool, earned from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, Mike is currently engaged in further education with The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) since 2015.
