Tomás Dorta is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management and culinary standards. They began their career at Tasca La Zarzuela, where they rose from an apprentice to a Chef Ejecutivo, and later served as a Sous Chef at Hotel Cubitá Panamá.
