Tomás Dorta

Tomás Dorta is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management and culinary standards. They began their career at Tasca La Zarzuela, where they rose from an apprentice to a Chef Ejecutivo, and later served as a Sous Chef at Hotel Cubitá Panamá. As an independent advisor, Tomás guided various gastronomic and tourism projects before taking on executive culinary roles at The Panama Clinic and Procesadora Monte Azul. Currently, Tomás is the Director of Food and Beverage at Legends, overseeing operations at the Panama Convention Center while pursuing education in English for professional success.
