Legends Home Therapy is an "outpatient" therapy company that provides in-home therapy services to patients who are unable to travel to a clinic or hospital for treatment. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our patients by providing convenient and personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.  

Legends Home Therapy employs licensed and certified therapists who are trained to provide a wide range of therapy services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. These services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient, with the goal of helping them achieve their maximum level of function and independence. 

Our company utilizes advanced technology and innovative treatment methods to deliver high-quality, customized care within the home. We work closely with the patient's primary care physician and other healthcare providers to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all aspects of their medical condition. We are communicating and partnering with traditional Home Health and/or Outpatient Clinics to fill in the gaps often found in the traditional rehabilitation continuum.
