Allison Rich

Allison Rich is an experienced leader in merchandise operations and financial planning, currently serving as Senior Director of Merchandise at Bay FC since January 2024 and also working as an Independent Consultant for ERP implementation and process optimization since September 2023. Previously, Allison held the position of Vice President of Planning at VICI and served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Tailored Brands, Inc. From 2017 to 2020, the role of Vice President of Planning and Replenishment was executed at Follett Higher Education, where strategic and operational processes for a new private label apparel brand were developed. Allison's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Fanatics, Inc. in planning and business strategy, as well as GSI Commerce as a Senior Buyer. Allison Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Princeton University, completed in 2000.
