Previously, Melvin held the position of Senior Director Global Marketing at 2K, leading marketing and growth efforts for a major sports gaming franchise, achieving record revenue nearing $2B. At the NFL, Melvin served as Vice President of Global Brand Consumer Marketing, successfully delivering multiple Sports Emmy nominations and notable brand strength improvements. Melvin's extensive experience includes senior roles at Nike, where significant contributions were made to global brand management and marketing strategy, particularly in the NIKE Basketball division, and at Electronic Arts, initiating successful campaigns like the Madden 04 teaser launch. Melvin holds a B.A. in Sociology from Purdue University and an M.Ed. in Sports Marketing Management from Xavier University.
