Tarryn Galloway

Tarryn Galloway is an undergraduate student at the Georgia Institute of Technology pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant for BMED 3600 (Cellular Physiology) at the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering, Tarryn supports students in understanding complex cellular mechanisms. Experience includes research roles at Babensee Lab and the Cardiovascular Fluid Mechanics Laboratory, focusing on cell culture and the development of a Left Ventricle Assisting Device. Tarryn also worked as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Tohoku University, contributing to the production and testing of porous microneedles, and as a Process Engineering Intern at Sanofi. Additional experience includes a sales role with Legends and serving as Mentorship Chair in the Georgia Tech Biomedical Engineering Society. Prior to pursuing a degree at Georgia Tech, Tarryn graduated from the American School of Paris.
