Chris Philps is an accomplished boilermaker and welder with extensive experience in offshore oil and gas as well as mining. Holding an IRATA Level 3 certification, Chris has worked as a rope access technician at SRG Global from 2017 to 2022 and is currently engaged with Legeneering on various offshore maintenance and decommissioning projects. In 2023, Chris served as a Level 3 rope access technician at Vertech Group Pty Ltd, specializing in confined space rescue operations. Chris also holds a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication from TAFE Queensland, completed in 2010.
