Notarial work forms a key part of the legal profession in Germany. As civil law notaries, admitted at the same time as practicing attorneys, we concentrate on this area of legal practice. Our special emphasis is on corporate and real estate transactions, company law matters, foundations and other non-profit entities as well as succession and inheritance planning and related family law matters.
