Steve Thompson

Steve Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Senior Director of Business Development at Consilio LLC, which they started in December 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Legility from March 2021. At Legility, they also worked as a Senior Solutions Consultant, contributing to operational efficiency in the legal industry.

Before their tenure at Legility, Steve worked at FRONTEO USA (formerly Evolve Discovery) as the VP of Sales Regional USA, where they played a key role in expanding the Phoenix office and implementing Salesforce for streamlined sales processes. Steve also served as the Senior Vice President and Regional Sales Director at Evolve Discovery, where they managed sales teams, oversaw business operations, and led the launch of new markets.

Steve's earlier experience includes working at OnTarget Litigation Solutions LLC as a Partner in Business Development and Account Management, where they successfully established market share and achieved high-close rates through impactful presentations and relationship-building. Steve also worked at LaserCycle USA as a Branch Manager, where they achieved significant revenue growth and client retention.

Steve started their career at Commnet Cellular as a Collector.
