Legion BioSolutions is a UK-based life sciences technology company specialising in bioinformatics, data infrastructure, and informatics software for genomics. We design and deploy the data pipelines, governance platforms, and analytical workflows that allow research institutions, national genome programmes, and clinical laboratories to realise the full value of their sequencing infrastructure.

Our founders are Oxford Nanopore Technologies alumni with decades of combined experience across bioinformatics, genomic programme delivery, and the commercialisation of life sciences technology internationally. We are platform-agnostic by design.

Wherever national precision medicine programmes and government-backed research institutions are building the genomic infrastructure of the next decade. Through our regional distribution partnerships, we bring best-in-class bioinformatics software to these institutions — including tools for microbiome analysis, pathogen surveillance, and genomic epidemiology.

If you are building or scaling a genomics programme or a proteomics programme we should speak.
