Mark Settle

Mark Settle has over 20 years of professional experience in the software industry. In 2021, they began their current role as President of North America for Legito. Prior to this, they were Director of Professional Services for Aderant from 2018 to 2021, where they managed professional services operations for Handshake and BillBlast product lines, coordinated with sales, support, product and development for each product, and ensured process and delivery of high quality implementations. From 2009 to 2018, they were CTO of HotDocs Group, where they were responsible for all software development, testing, documentation and product management of HotDocs products, managed roadmaps, timelines, hiring and budgets, and oversaw two development teams that delivered both back-end core products as well as web applications hosted both on-premise and in the cloud. Mark also served as Director of Technical Services, Software Engineer Consultant, and Software Engineer for HotDocs Group. From 1998 to 2009, they were employed at LexisNexis, where they served as Software Engineer Consultant, Software Engineer, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Template Developer, Level III.

Mark Settle graduated from Brigham Young University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
