Michelle Blankenship

Michelle Blankenship currently serves as the Director of Merchant Monitoring at LegitScript since January 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle spent over a decade at Ruby, where responsibilities included business strategy development and execution at the executive level as Senior Vice President Operations, as well as leadership positions such as Vice President of Services, Senior Director of Services, and Director of Services. Michelle managed substantial teams, enhancing service delivery, workforce management, and quality assurance, while achieving performance targets and driving business growth. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, along with a Business Management Certificate from Portland State University and an Associate of Science from Portland Community College.
