Bo Yu

Bo Yu has extensive work experience in operations management and leadership roles. Bo recently served as a Sr Director of Operations at Legrand. Prior to that, Bo Yu held the position of Vice President Operations at Interplex, where they successfully led operations for five plants, executed corporate strategy, and achieved significant cost savings through consolidation. Bo Yu also held various roles at TE Connectivity, including Operations Director and Global Strategic Operations, where they managed operations for multiple plants, developed and executed strategies, and implemented talent development initiatives. Bo Yu's earlier experience at TE Connectivity includes positions such as Sr Operation Manager, Plant Manager, Lean Leader, and Costing Analyst, demonstrating a strong background in driving operational improvements, implementing Lean methodologies, and managing financial analysis and reporting.

Bo Yu attended Qingdao University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in industrial foreign trade.
