Dan Carsten

Dan Carsten has over 30 years of work experience, with a focus on operational excellence, strategic initiatives, quality management, and plant management in the manufacturing industry. Dan most recently held the position of SVP Operational Excellence at Legrand. Prior to that, they had various leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, including Global Director of AME & Strategic Initiatives and Global Director of Quality, Operations. Dan also worked at TI Automotive as a Multi Site Plant Manager and Plant Manager, and at Lear Corporation as a Business Unit Manager. Overall, Dan Carsten has a strong background in operations and management within manufacturing companies.

Dan Carsten attended Purdue University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
