Thomas Talbot is an accomplished UX/UI Design System Lead at Legrand, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Thomas served as User Experience Manager at Finastra from April 2012 to October 2023, where leadership of a multi-disciplinary team led to the development of a user-centered design system. Before Finastra, Thomas founded TTA, a company focusing on user interface services and consulting, partnering with notable clients. Thomas's earlier roles included Development Manager at Finastra, UI Engineer at both Fullsix and Photobox, UX Engineer at Generali, User Interface Consultant at Orange, Framework Manager at Cegedim, and Frontend Developer at Adobe. Thomas holds a Master’s Degree in Interactive Software from EPITA, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
