Eric Christopher

Eric Christopher has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Eric currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Lehrer Cumming since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Integral Building Corp from June 2020 to July 2021 and at Kolter Hospitality from April 2018 to June 2020. Before that, Eric served as a Construction Manager at Swire Properties for the Brickell City Center project from April 2014 to April 2018. Eric also worked as a Principal at EMC Services from June 2011 to May 2014, where they had various responsibilities including team management, estimating, project coordination, and budget management. Additionally, Eric worked as an Account Executive at Bioni USA and Americas in July and September 2013. Eric has also gained experience as an Owner's Representative at Ajax Partners from June 2011 to June 2013, as well as Manager Project Engineering and Construction roles at Mall Properties in October to December 2010 and at Steiner + Associates from 2006 to October 2010. Furthermore, Eric began their career as an Estimator at The Quandel Group in 2002.
