Jiang Jason is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in quality management within the technology and manufacturing sectors. Since September 2018, Jiang has been responsible for quality system development and standardization at Leia Inc., overseeing the management of incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control for a 3D display component. Prior to this role, Jiang served as Quality Assurance Manager at BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., where overall quality management was prioritized for the OGS G6 fab, including the creation of a robust quality team. Earlier experience includes roles as a Display Engineer at Delphi China Technical Center, focusing on automotive component specifications and supplier assessment, and as a Qualification Engineer at SVA-O/SVA-NEC Liquid Crystal Display Corp., where process trials and quality data recording were managed. Jiang holds a Master's degree in Material Physics and Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy Engineering from Hefei University of Technology.
