Lesa Watson

Lesa Watson is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Leica Biosystems since July 2024, Lesa previously held the position of NPI Project Lead at Pharmaron from January 2022 to July 2024 and at Recipharm from November 2019 to March 2022. Lesa's career also includes significant roles at Aesica Pharmaceuticals Ltd as both Product Manager and Product Support Chemist, as well as foundational experience as a Chemist at Aesica and as a Senior Scientist at Pfizer. Lesa holds a degree from The University of Sheffield, completed in 1998.
