Christopher Kemp has extensive experience in strength and conditioning, with a career spanning various roles in sports organizations. Initial work included serving as a Strength and Conditioning Consultant for Sweden RFU and a Satellite Strength and Conditioning Consultant for Jersey Rugby Club. Notably, Christopher held positions as Head of Strength and Conditioning at Birmingham and Solihull Rugby Club and later at Birmingham Moseley Rugby Club. Additional experience includes a role as Strength and Lifestyle Consultant for BMW Italia WSBK rider James Toseland, and a Senior Strength and Conditioning Coach at Northampton Saints. Currently, Christopher serves as Head of Strength and Conditioning for Leicester Tigers since July 2024. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Essex, completed in 2006.
