M.e. Bruning

M.E. (Menno) Bruning is an accomplished advocaat bij de Hoge Raad specializing in civil cassation law, with a tenure at Lawyers' Specialist since September 2009. Alongside legal practice, Bruning holds various academic positions at Leiden University as a docent/onderzoeker in corporate law and insolvency as well as coordinator for the Corporate Litigation practicum, and has been an active instructor in private law and evidence at the Beroepsopleiding Advocaten since June 2012. As a raadsheer-plaatsvervanger at gerechtshof Den Bosch and a member of the editing team for MADLex.online, Bruning contributes significantly to legal scholarship and education. Additionally, involvement with the KNVB as a bondsofficial in amateur football reflects diverse interests outside of law. Academic qualifications include a Mr degree from Leiden University and ongoing PhD studies in Dutch civil procedural law from the same institution.
