Agatha Dees is a certified PMP Senior Project Manager with over fourteen years of experience leading and managing enterprise-level projects and over twenty-three years as an IT professional supporting major system upgrades and implementations for organizations like NASA and the DoD. Currently serving as the Project Management Office Lead at Leidos, Agatha is skilled in Agile Scrum, SDLC, and managing secure government systems. They have held several key positions, including Senior IT Manager at Bay Systems Consulting and Senior Project Manager for NASA contractors, where they developed strategic project management standards and led significant technology initiatives. Agatha holds a Master's degree in Systems Management/Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology and a BSBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
