Arafath Miah

Arafath Miah has a diverse background in both software engineering and customer service. Early experience includes working as a Sales Staff at Torre Del Oro Cruise and as a Retail Assistant at Sainsbury's, where customer service skills were developed. Arafath transitioned into technology roles, serving as a Software Engineer at Phoenix Software and later at Leidos, where responsibilities encompassed managing AWS infrastructure and the deployment of software modules. Arafath was also a Full Stack Developer Trainee at La Fosse. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering for Business from Queen Mary University of London, along with an Access to Higher Education diploma in IT & Product Design, and various other certifications in English.
