Bob Scharmann

Bob Scharmann is a Vice President of Cyber Accelerator at Leidos, where they currently lead initiatives in converged cyber AI. They previously held roles as a Principal Software Engineer and Principal Investigator at Radiance Technologies from 2021 to 2023 and managed a branch at Dynetics, Inc. from 2012 to 2022. Prior to that, Bob worked as a Computer Engineer at Pratt Whitney Rocketdyne from 2007 to 2012. They earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
