Brian Kiger

Brian Kiger currently serves as Vice President and Chief Engineer at Leidos and as Senior Advisor for Strategy and Growth at the American Center for Manufacturing & Innovation. Kiger has a robust background at Raytheon Technologies, where roles included Director of High Energy Lasers Engineering, Director of Hardware & Infrastructure Engineering, Director of Systems Engineering, and Center Manager for Program Engineering from 2006 to 2022. Earlier experience includes positions such as Project Engineer at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, Systems Engineer at Saab Sensis Air Traffic Management, and Systems Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman Information Systems. Kiger's career began at Raytheon Technologies as a Guidance & Control Engineer and included roles at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems as an RF Technology Engineer and Robotics Engineer. Kiger holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University, specializing in Dynamics & Controls, Structures, and Aerodynamics.
