They have served in various roles including Army officer, supervisor, engineer, and manager, demonstrating a proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing large-scale projects, budgets, and logistics. Brian's experience includes managing production at Polaris Industries and serving as an officer in the US Army, where they developed strategic goals for a 5,000-employee organization. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
