Cheryll Bissell

Cheryll Bissell has extensive experience in program and project management, with notable roles at Lockheed Martin and Leidos. Bissell worked as a Program Project Manager at Lockheed Martin from December 2005 to August 2016, transitioning to Leidos following a merger. Prior to this, roles included Information Specialist and Task/Project Manager at Aspen Systems Corporation from April 1986 to January 1990, and various positions in corrections and social work, such as Resident Supervisor at Montgomery County Department of Correction and Rehabilitation, Interviewer at D.C. Pretrial Services, and Psychological Counselor at Prince George's County Department of Corrections. Since August 2016, Bissell has served as a Senior Program Manager at Leidos, with special project support from September 2018 to April 2024. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Administration of Justice from Norwich University, a Master of Social Work from Salisbury University, a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, and an AA in Criminal Justice from Montgomery College.
